We want you to love your Earthly Co.® products — and we stand behind their quality. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of your purchase date.
What Can Be Returned
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund value.
Refunds
- Refunds apply to the promotional price only.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us — we’ll help you find the perfect replacement.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@earthlyco.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
- A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions or a shipping label if applicable.
